Dynamic Digital Dashboard

A contact centre near Glasgow houses more than 2000 staff. A digital signage system was installed to improve internal communications.

Several dynamic templates were designed for the project, including:

• Marketing campaign highlights
• Notice board
• Photo notice board
• Multi-page message
• Call performance statistics.

All content is updated by internal communications executives using the web content management interface.

Interleaved with the internal content is a selection of local and national news items, imported into the CoolSign network using DataWatcher. The news items are displayed within a consistent brand framework with attributions as necessary.
